This hotel was original in every respect, had courteous staff in customer service. The rooms were with comfy beds, appreciated it.

The bed was very uncomfortable, unfortunately.

The location was peaceful, healthy breakfast, great value. Marvellous view, a nice balcony, big bed, too. We were in a hurry and did n't visit the in-house restaurant, but it seemed small! Loved early check-in and easy check-out.

Particularly nice ocean view, freshly renovated room. The location was marvelous, just next door to - restaurants and the hill. The service was courteous and the staff were extremely polite too. There were stable internet and handy parking available.

The best place to stay when in Gatlinburg. Large breakfasts plus fantastic stuff - excellent stay.

Room spacious double and super beds, perfect location. Lots of food at American breakfast including slices of fresh bread, meats, sausages, cereal and fresh fruit to order. Courteous service and an amazing pool onsite.

We were there for 3 nights, overall had a really nice stay. The breakfast was fine - plenty of food, including cookies, toast, coffee, fresh fruit and yogurt. Beautifully designed, huge room, loved it. The location was prime, relatively near a victorian - style haunted house.

It was worth its 3 stars. There's a huge variety of restaurants to choose from, like the park grill, set within 20 minutes walk or so.

Totally a pleasant experience. It's literally within a walking distance of gatlinburg space needle. It is adjacent to the airport. We had fun in the an outdoor swimming pool of the hotel
